Association Assessments are billed quarterly, and are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. Effective January 1st 2024, assessments will be $150. A letter was sent to all homeowners in November notifying them of the increase. You can click here to view a copy of that letter.

Please do not send your payments to the Association office, all payments are sent to and processed by our management company, Hawaiiana. If you send them to our Association office this will delay the processing and may result in late and administrative fees.

Paying by Mail

Homeowners can mail their association assessment payment using the envelope and payment slip that is sent out to homeowners quarterly. If you misplace your bill, you can still mail your payment to the following address:

Please make sure to write your account number on your check, cashiers check or money order.

SurePay – Automatic Payment

SurePay is an automatic payment program that you can use to authorize Hawaiiana to withdraw your quarterly assessments automatically from your designated account. It is easy and reliable and almost every financial institution in the United States participates.

Once enrolled, if you determine that you would prefer to pay your association fees personally, you can terminate the service. Notice to SurePay must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the termination date.

Paying Online

There is a convenience fee of 3% for each debit or credit card transactions and a $3.00 fee for each e-check transaction.

You will need your account number to complete the form.
You can find your account number at the top right corner of your quarterly association dues statement.

PLEASE NOTE: This form is used to pay Master Association Maintenance Assessments, currently set at $150.00 per quarter beginning 2024 and AOAO sub-association assessment payments for sub-associations that are managed by Hawaiiana Management Company.  Thomas H. Gentry Community Center membership and class enrollments must be paid at the community center office.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Paying in Person

There is a payment window located on the first floor (Suite 150) of Hawaiiana Management Company’s Honolulu offices. Homeowners may pay their Ewa by Gentry Community Association quarterly assessments in person, at this window. Any homeowner whose sub-association is managed by Hawaiiana Management Company may pay their monthly sub-association fee at this window as well.

It is open Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (Except Holidays).
