Pre-Approved Window Tint
There are several pre-approved window tints to choose from. You may choose any contractor you’d like to install the tint; several sell these tint brands.

(Lower number is less light transmittance, thus darker tint)
Print the form and mail, fax or drop it off to the Association Office. An authorized representative will sign the form and return it to you. Once you have the form signed by us it is considered to be an active permit and you are able to commence with installing the improvement
