Each Session is (6) Lessons
$120 per student / per session for Resident and Hoa Aloha Members
$140 per student / per session for Class Pass Members
$140 flat rate per student for Level 7
*VALID MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO REGISTER*

Classes meet ONCE a week for six (6) weeks. Classes are 30 minutes. Level 7 is 60 minutes.

Make-up lessons are not guaranteed due to absence(s): they are on a first-come, first-served basis if there is an opening in another class.
Child and Parent
6 months – 3 years
Water entry & exit, intro to blowing bubbles, face in the water, tummy and back float. Supported practice with kicks and arm strokes.
Level 3
3 – 12 years
Front crawl with rhythmic breathing and backstroke for 1/2 pool length, change of direction while swimming, introduction to deep water, elementary backstroke, treading water, and sculling.
Level 7
7 & older
This class focuses on preparation for competitive level swimming. Practice includes stroke techniques, starts and turns, endurance swimming, and the combination of various skills.
Level 1
2 – 3 years
Independent water entry & exit, blowing bubbles & face in water, intro to arm strokes and kicks, tummy and back float with support, and front glide.
Level 4
4 – 12 years
Stroke development, practice with endurance swimming, underwater swimming, wall push-off and open turns, treading water, intro to dolphin kick.
Adult Beginner
13 & older
Submerge head with front glide, intro to rhythmic breathing, intro to front crawl and backstroke, body rotation front to back and back to front, float and recover to vertical position and return to float, sculling on back.
Level 2A
3 – 6 years
Submerge head with front glide, intro to rhythmic breathing, intro to front crawl and backstroke, body rotation front to back and back to front, float and recover to vertical position and return to float, sculling on back.
Level 5
5 – 12 years
Stroke refinement, endurance swimming, wall push-offs and open turns, treading water, intro to butterfly and breaststroke.
Adult Stroke
13 & older
Stroke development (all strokes), intro to flip turns, safety topics & spinal injuries, endurance swimming.
Level 2B
7 – 12 years
Refer to 2A skills. Children 7-12 years old with little swimming experience gain water comfort, safety, and introductory swimming skills.
Level 6
5 – 12 years
Stroke development (all strokes) with focus on breaststroke and butterfly, sidestroke, intro to flip turns, safety topics & spinal injuries, endurance swimming.
