Covenants Rules/Enforcement

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR’s) along with the Design Committee Rules and the Community Living Guidelines, outline EbGCA’s rules and policies. It is the job of the Covenants staff to enforce these policies in the single family home subdivisions. Multi-family home subdivisions (AOAO’s) have additional guidelines and rule enforcement is primarily handled by the AOAO’s designees.
